The company was formed at its present position on 6/5/1970 after combination of the following companies for the years(1968-1970):

• Vegetable oils extraction company established in 1940.
• Cotton seed products company established in 1952.
• Al-Rafidain company for detergent production established in 1967.
• Industrial printing company established in 1969.
• Abu Al-Hail (laurel)soap factory established in 1969.

The company is specialized in the production of

• Vegetable ghee and liquid oils at different packages.
• Toilet soap,laundry soap,bath soap and liquid soap.
• Detergent powder both (ordinary)and (washing machine powder).
• Liquid detergent and bleach.
• Cosmetics (shaving cream,tooth paste,shampoo,skin cream).
• Special baby products.
